Free Domestic shipping
Currently we're offering free domestic shipping on all orders within the US. For everywhere outside the US shipping will be $8 on 1 item, $10 for 2 to 4 items and $12 on everything else.

Shipping
We ship all our orders, worldwide, with the U.S. Postal Service. They give great rates and excellent service. Your product is in good hands with them. By special request we can send your order through any other carrier. Please contact us when you place your order. Any additional costs will be billed.

Payment Processing
We use the very secure Pay Pal shopping cart to process your order and credit card payments. You do not have to have an account to buy anything. All you need is a valid credit card, a shipping address, a computer and great personal style.

Privacy
Because the processing of your payment is done through the secure Pay Pal system, your personal details are well protected. We do not get any other information than your address to ship the products to. For our records we will keep this info on file, but will not use this info for any other use than to process your order. We will not give out your info to third party vendors. We have the highest regard for your privacy and we hate spam just as much as anyone.

Currency
All orders are processed in United States Dollars (USD). If you order from outside the USA, you will be billed in USD and your payment processor will exchange it to your local currency according to the most recent exchange rate.

Returns
Returns are only accepted if we have packed your order incorrectly and you didn't get what you wanted. We do our very best to make sure you get what you ordered as well as take special care to make sure it gets to you in the best possible condition, however we do realize that sometimes things just don't go the way we like. In those cases you can choose to exchange the product for something else at the same value. We do not offer refunds.

Shipping times
Mostly we ship priority mail, which to the US or Canada should arrive in a matter of days. Due to the nature of shipping it may take up to 2 weeks. If 2 weeks pass and nothing arrives, please send us an email and let us know. If your shipment was lost in the mail, a replacement order will be immediately sent to you.

Damaged mail
Damaged orders will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please get in contact with us if you feel the package got wrecked in the mail.
